About Me
Gomathi, born in India and residing in United Arab Emirates. Painting has always been the way in which she expresses herself; showing the world what she sees and feels. Oddly, She feels more at ease expressing the deepest layer of her thoughts through paintings than words. Being a true wanderlust at heart, she had the pleasure to meet and interact with many people with differing thoughts, opinions, beliefs and faith. It is this exposure coupled with her own thoughts and ideas she expresses through colors in her paintings.
In her own words, Gomathi states that, “Artists can visualize their emotions and thoughts. Most of our childhoods were filled with countless imaginations of being one with the clouds. Some of my fondest memories consist of being mesmerized by all the shapes I found in the bouncy wisps of clouds”.

As an artist from India and a true wanderer at heart, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with people of diverse thoughts, beliefs, and cultures. It is this rich exposure, coupled with my inner voice, that finds expression through the colors on my canvas.

I am a self-taught artist from India with participation in numerous national and international exhibitions across the UAE, India, Sri Lanka, and China. My artworks draw inspiration from nature, culture, and emotions—elements that deeply connect with the human experience.
In addition to gallery exhibitions, I also work on custom artworks, including portrait paintings and sketches, tailored to individual requirements. My artistic forte lies in **Realism** and **Surrealism oil paintings**.
