Refund and Returns Policy

General Policy

All sales are final. Gomathi Art does not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases once an artwork is sold.


Exceptions – Refunds Only in the Following Cases:

1. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive, the full amount paid will be refunded.

2. Damage During Delivery

If the artwork is damaged during delivery, a full refund (including delivery charges) will be provided only if all the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork.

  • You send a clear photo of the damage via email to [insert email address].

  • The damage is verified as delivery-related.


Important Notes

  • We recommend you inspect the artwork immediately upon delivery.

  • Any claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Gomathi Art does not offer exchanges for any artwork once sold.
